Does it really work with both iPhone and Android?
Yes — and it's the whole point. Most tracker cards force you to pick a side: iPhone users get one, Android users get shut out. ours is built to work with both Apple's Find My network and Google's Find Hub network at the same time, using the same card. If your household has a mix of iPhones and Androids, or you switch phones down the road, you don't need a new tracker. One card. Any phone. No app to download, no account to create, no subscription to activate.
How do I set it up?
Setup takes under a minute and uses tools already on your phone.
- On iPhone: Open the Find My app → tap Items → tap Add Item → follow the on-screen steps to pair your tracking card.
- On Android: Open the Find Hub app (formerly Find My Device) → tap Add device → follow the on-screen steps.
That's it. No third-party app, no login, no firmware to flash. If you get stuck, our support team is human — email us and a real person will walk you through it.
Do I need a special charger, or is one included?
You don't need to buy anything extra. Every order ships with our 15W 3-in-1 foldable wireless charging station — free, in every box, not just bundles. Set your tracking card on the pad, and it charges wirelessly. The same pad also charges your phone and earbuds, so it replaces the tangle of cables on your nightstand at the same time. No hidden accessory purchase, no "sold separately" surprise at checkout.
Are there any monthly fees or subscriptions?
None. You pay once for the card, and that's it. Litaii uses Apple's Find My and Google's Find Hub networks — both are free services already built into your phone. There's no Litaii app to subscribe to, no premium tier, no per-card fee, no annual renewal. If a tracker ever asks you to pay monthly to keep it working, it isn't this one.
What if it doesn't work out for me?
